Happy Labor Day Weekend!

The Boy and I are headed up to the mountains this weekend to commune with the family. 

Yay!

A little mountain air is good for the soul.

We snucked off to the beach for two days last week!

We were totally illegal so don't tell anybody.

The beach is over there.....

Sand is good!

All this water kept rolling up and getting our toes wet.    We weren't sure why.....

And we found lots of piles of sand (which Mama called "sand castles").  We peed on them....

Happy Monday!!

I'm back from the beach and a little sunburned. I feel embarrassed to admit that I voluntarily got some sun last week, but I did... For the first time in 13 years.  I have sun on my face and my freckles are huge!

Now I'm back to the grind....
