Loooooove pimento cheese! I'm going to be in CLT at the end of the month. Where can I find this? I used to get grilled pimento cheese sandwiches at NOFO in the Elizabeth area but I think the store/cafe has since closed. Do you know if Dish in Plaza Midwood is still open? I wanted to take my friend to lunch there.

ReplyDeleteI buy Ruth's at the Taj MaTeeter. In the deli section. I also buy the "lite" version. I'm sure that makes SO much difference!
