Bellinis!


2/3 cup white peach puree
1 tsp raspberry puree
1 bottle chilled champagne or sparkling dry white wine (like prosecco)

In the bottom of each flute or white wine glass pour about 1 1/2 tablespoons of white peach puree and add 2 or 3 drops of raspberry puree, then pour an equal amount of champagne or sparkling white wine into each glass and serve immediately. 

*to make the raspberry puree, puree fresh or frozen (thawed) berries in a food processor.
*to make the peach puree, peel and pit fresh, very ripe white peaches, cut into pieces and puree in a food processor.  You may wish to strain the peach puree.  You may also want to add a little peach schnapps.....
